We aim to ship orders within 1 working day of being placed, we aim to ship the same day if ordered before 2pm
We do not ship any orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

Please note Royal Mail Aim to delivery in these time frames but they can take longer at busy periods, Special Delivery is Guaranteed the next day after dispatch except for Saturday where Saturday

 

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return it for a refund or exchange you may do so within a period of 30 days. Items returned must be on the original unworn state. We cannot accept returns for custom made items, Earrings, Body Jewellery or Face Coverings.

You must contact us before returning, and we will give you instructions for return.

Funky Gifts are not responsible for return postage (unless item is damaged) and it is advised you obtain proof of postage.
