Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return it for a refund or exchange you may do so within a period of 30 days. Items returned must be on the original unworn state. We cannot accept returns for custom made items, Earrings, Body Jewellery or Face Coverings.

You must contact us before returning, and we will give you instructions for return.

Funky Gifts are not responsible for return postage (unless item is damaged) and it is advised you used a tracked service.

any additional postage charge will not be refunded (example refund for standard postage only, not for 24 hours)
